A holistic approach to health addresses the interconnectedness of many factors that affect our wellbeing. Nutrition is the foundation of our health. With that said, there are endless theories out there when it comes to what works, or what is best to do. Individually there are so many factors that affect our nutritional needs, and this makes it really hard to figure out what to do!

With the use of the biofeedback device, I am able to see what stresses your system so we can match your nutritional needs with what is best for you at this time in your life. I am able to see what foods are best to avoid and from there streamline what plan would suit your system.

 

Did you know that…

• If you have longitudinal striations on your nails? That is a sign of malabsorption.

• If you drink coffee and or milk you are depleting your body of magnesium. A sign of deficiency is muscle cramps and cravings for chocolate.
